Process:

So what happens when you buy a subscription?

STEP 1: PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION, SUPPORT A SMALL FARM

You can guarantee the longevity of our pesticide-free flower farm by subscribing to any one of our CSA Bouquet Subscription services.

Once you buy a subscription, you are then ensured that you are at the top of the list in our bouquet availability. Using only sustainable practices, tender love and care is put into growing your very own bouquet-to-be. Plus, as your flowers grow, they support the Blythedale Ladies— our amazing honeybees!

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR METHOD OF RECEIVAL

When you select the 'pick up' option, you’ll receive an email (or text - your choice) the week that your bouquet is ready for pick up. This will usually be on Thursdays, anytime after 3:00 p.m.

If you choose the ‘delivery’ option, bouquets will arrive on Thursday afternoons. You can still expect an email or text detailing its arrival!

Remember, we harvest the flowers when they are ready. So this does not mean that your subscription is weekly. The bouquets will come to you at intervals throughout the growing season.

STEP 3: RECEIVE A BOUNTY OF BLOOMS

When you purchase one of our subscriptions, you’ll get 6 bespoke artisan bouquets throughout the growing season.

Each bouquet will be completely unique from the one before it, with different color palettes and focal flowers being used. Of course, your bouquets will always feature our local and seasonal CURRENT bloom.

STEP 4: FOLLOW WITH CARE

You’ll take home your bouquet in one of our signature white vessels. While this is not meant to be a “permanent home” for your bouquet, it will help make sure your bouquet makes it home securely.

With your bouquet, you’ll also receive a printed care guide with pro tips to ensure your bouquet’s longevity.

Our mission is to help you bloom through the power of our blooms. That means from purchase to pick up, our goal is to make sure you have an easy, effortless, enjoyable experience. We are happy to answer any questions you have.

FAQs

  • We go through tedious efforts to produce the healthiest of blooms. While not every flower has the same lifespan, we can say with confidence that your bouquet should flourish between 5-12 days.

    Follow the printed care guide provided to help extend the life of your bouquet even further!

  • Depending on your purchase, you will receive between 4-6 bouquets throughout the growing season.

    Depending on the subscription you order the growing season can be anywhere from April to the end of October.

  • We are proud to say that we never use any pesticides in our farming methods. Our gardens are wholly organic from the ground up! That means a lot more work for us - but a lot less toxicity for you, our bees, and the blooms

  • We offer specific flowers during certain parts of the growing season.

    That means each bouquet will feature a unique, specialty flower local to Warwick Valley. So, while we don’t offer personal selection, we do offer a wide variety of flowers to enjoy in every bouquet a customer receives.

    Since each bouquet is a bespoke artisanal product hand-designed by our family, we invite you to view each bouquet as a surprise work of art designed just for you.

  • Yes! Simply provide the details of who your gift is intended for in the sign-up method.

    Keep in mind that unless you make a separate arrangement, you or the person you have gifted the bouquets to will have to pick up their bouquets from our flower farm (unless the delivery option is purchased).

  • You may only cancel a subscription if you have not yet received your first bouquet.

  • Flowers are a product of nature and unfortunately, not every flower has the same lifespan.

    While we make every effort to produce the healthiest of blooms and provide enough stems for your enjoyment, should a flower not make it, the rest should make up for it.

    We encourage you to read the care guide we provide at pick-up to ensure a long and healthy lifespan for your blooms.

  • Because the purchase is final, we cannot make refunds.

    This means you will still receive all your bouquets, however.

    If you truly don’t want the rest of your bouquets, consider gifting them, or donating them to someone else.
